For years my father, Ronald V. Stephens made the 4th of July a special and unique experience. As seen in this picture he enjoyed and participated in the yearly boat parade that takes place on Columbia Lake each 4th of July. My dad passed away in May of this year but he left us with his legacy of fun, family and memories to last forever!!
In memory of my dad three of his grandsons entered the 2010 boat parade with style and flair!!
