The US Department of Education has been hard at work. The current recommendations contained in the June 18th 2010 Notice of Proposed Rule Making (NPRM) propose substantial reform to a number of issues governing higher education. As previously announced, the proposed rules did not include consensus recommendations on a formulaic measurement of “gainful employment.”
